Events
General questions and answers about hosting or attending an event
When creating an event an expert can choose the minimum and the maximum number of participants. There is a 49 participants limit for technical reasons at the moment.
Once logged in as an expert you can navigate to your ‘events’ screen and click the ‘Create an event’ button
You can open a claim with an expert by clicking on the problematic item in your “recent activity” column.
If less than three days have passed you will be able to open a claim with the expert.

Appointments
General questions and answers about accepting or making an appointment
An expert can cancel an appointment at any time up until its start time but keep in mind that your most important asset is a good customer relationship and that it’s never very pleasing to have a last-minute change.
A customer must cancel an appointment at the latest 48 hours before the start time otherwise the full price will be invoiced. You can always ask the expert to refund you by opening a claim. but they have no obligation to do so in case of a no-show.
As an expert, you can set the time-slots when you are available for the user to book an appointment with you in the “Availability” screen.
You can choose a different tariff and different types of communication for each slot.
You can open a claim with an expert by clicking on the problematic item in your “recent activity” column.

Booking is only available for one-to-one video calls, only events allow an expert to connect with more than one customer at the same time.

A customer must cancel an appointment at the latest 48 hours before the start time otherwise the full price will be invoiced. You can always ask the expert to reimburse you by the opening claim. but they have no obligation to do so in case of a no-show.
An event has a fixed price, it is not based on duration. You can’t refund a customer without them opening a claim first. Once a claim is opened it’s your responsibility as an expert to act accordingly to the situation.
If no agreement is reached on a claim we may have to intervene and if that happens too often we reserve the right to close the expert’s account.

If you were present less than 5 minutes at an event, the customer won’t be invoiced. If the technical issue happened later on each customer will have to open a claim for you to reimburse them.
For an appointment the full price will be paid if you started the appointment, no matter its real duration so in this case too the customer will have to open a claim.

Pricing
No, you don’t have to pay anything to start using atlas11 as an expert. It’s completely free!
As an expert, you will receive 90% of the price your customer pay, we take a 10% cut. And that’s it, no other fees.
As a customer, you will pay the price asked by an expert for his service and nothing more.
Yes of course but for each type of service there is a minimum price that allows us to cover our expenses.
Atlas11 is just a tool that allows you to offer your services online. It’s your responsibility to advertise your services and look for the customer.
This means that there is no way for us to predict how much money you can expect to make. That said Atlas11 is completely free to use for an expert so you have nothing to lose by starting using it now!
Once you’ve given us your billing information we will pay you due twice a month if the amount to pay is above a certain threshold.
